Privacy Policy version 1 Last updated: 19 May 2026. This policy applies to all current No Forced Ads games and their versions, except for the legacy policies listed below. The noforcedads.com website has a separate Website Privacy Policy.

Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy applies to mobile games published under the No Forced Ads brand, including games presented on this website. It explains how information may be collected, used, shared, and protected when you play our games, use related features, or contact support.

Some games may include optional rewarded advertisements, in-app purchases, analytics, diagnostics, crash reporting, or optional account and cloud-save features. If a specific feature, SDK, or service is not present in a particular game version, the parts of this Privacy Policy that relate to that feature, SDK, or service do not apply to that game version.

1. Who we are

No Forced Ads is operated by Dawid Moza in Poland. Dawid Moza is the data controller for personal information processed under this Privacy Policy, unless a third-party service acts as an independent controller under its own terms.

2. Information we may collect

Depending on the game you use, your device, your region, your privacy choices, and the features you choose to use, we and our service providers may process the following categories of information:

Information you provide directly

  • Messages, email address, screenshots, or attachments you send when contacting support.
  • Optional profile, sign-in, or account information if a game offers account-related features.
  • Optional responses you provide in surveys, promotions, reviews, or feedback forms.

Information collected automatically

  • Device and app information such as device model, operating system, language, app version, platform, store, and time zone.
  • Usage and gameplay data such as sessions, level progress, feature interactions, rewarded-ad interactions, and diagnostics.
  • IP address and approximate location derived from IP address, device settings, or app-store region.
  • Crash, performance, security, anti-fraud, and abuse-prevention data.
  • Identifiers such as app instance identifiers, advertising identifiers, vendor identifiers, installation identifiers, or pseudonymous user IDs where used by the game or its SDKs.

In-app purchases and subscriptions

  • If a game offers in-app purchases or subscriptions, the relevant app store processes the payment. We do not receive your full payment card details, bank account details, or app-store account password.
  • We use RevenueCat to validate purchases, prevent fraud, restore entitlements, and understand purchase status. RevenueCat may process app user IDs or other pseudonymous identifiers, product identifiers, transaction identifiers, receipt tokens, subscription status, purchase history, refund status, entitlement status, country or store region, and app/device data needed for these purposes.

Advertising

  • Some games may show optional rewarded ads through Google AdMob. AdMob and related Google advertising services may process advertising identifiers, IP address, approximate location, device and app information, ad views, ad interactions, diagnostics, fraud-prevention data, and consent or privacy-choice signals.
  • Ads may be personalized or non-personalized depending on your region, age-related settings, platform settings, and consent choices. Where required, we request consent before using data for personalized ads or similar tracking.

Analytics and diagnostics

  • If a game uses Google Analytics for Firebase or Firebase services, Google may process app instance IDs, analytics events, session and screen data, device and app information, approximate location, diagnostics, crash information, and consent or privacy-choice signals.
  • Analytics are used to understand whether the game works correctly, which features are used, and how to improve stability and gameplay. We do not intentionally send payment card details or sensitive personal categories to analytics services.

Optional sign-in and cloud-save data

  • Account identifiers and authentication data needed to sign you in, if a game offers sign-in.
  • Saved progress, settings, cloud-save data, and restored entitlements for account or cloud-save features.
  • Limited profile information made available by a sign-in provider, depending on permissions and your choices.

3. How we use information

  • To operate, maintain, secure, and improve our games.
  • To enable purchases, restore entitlements, and support optional account or cloud-save features.
  • To show optional rewarded ads, display personalized or non-personalized ads where allowed, measure ad performance, prevent ad fraud, and limit ad frequency.
  • To analyze usage, fix bugs, monitor performance, and prevent abuse, cheating, or fraud.
  • To respond to support requests and communicate with you about issues you raise.
  • To comply with legal obligations, handle tax/accounting records, respond to lawful requests, and enforce our terms, policies, and rights.

4. Legal bases

For users in the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom, and Switzerland, our legal bases may include the following:

  • Contract: to provide the game, process purchases, restore entitlements, provide support, and deliver requested features.
  • Legitimate interests: to maintain, secure, debug, improve, and protect our games; prevent fraud or abuse; understand non-sensitive usage; and keep business records, where those interests are not overridden by your rights.
  • Consent: for personalized ads, certain analytics, tracking technologies, or other processing where consent is required by law or platform rules. You may withdraw consent where applicable.
  • Legal obligation: to comply with tax, accounting, consumer protection, privacy, platform, and lawful-request obligations.

5. How information may be shared

We share information only as reasonably necessary for the purposes described in this Privacy Policy, with the following categories of recipients:

  • RevenueCat, for purchase validation, subscriptions, entitlements, refunds, restore purchases, and fraud prevention. RevenueCat's privacy information is available at revenuecat.com/privacy.
  • Google AdMob and Google advertising services, where a game uses ads. Google's privacy information is available at policies.google.com/privacy and AdMob information is available through Google AdMob Help.
  • Google Analytics for Firebase and Firebase services, where a game uses analytics, diagnostics, crash reporting, or other Firebase features. Firebase privacy information is available at firebase.google.com/support/privacy.
  • App stores and payment-related providers, including Apple App Store and Google Play, for purchases, subscriptions, refunds, receipts, and restoration.
  • Hosting, security, diagnostics, authentication, cloud-save, email, support, and business-service providers that help operate the games and website.
  • Professional advisors, insurers, auditors, or transaction counterparties where reasonably necessary.
  • Authorities, courts, regulators, or other parties when required by law or necessary to protect rights, safety, users, or the integrity of our games.

We do not sell personal information for money. However, some ad-related disclosures may be treated as "sale", "sharing", targeted advertising, or cross-context behavioral advertising under certain U.S. state privacy laws. See the choices section below for opt-out options.

6. International transfers

We are based in Poland, and our service providers and partners may process information in countries other than your own, including the United States and other countries that may not provide the same level of data protection as your jurisdiction. Where required by law, we rely on appropriate safeguards such as adequacy decisions, standard contractual clauses, data processing agreements, or other lawful transfer mechanisms.

7. Your choices and privacy rights

Depending on where you live, you may have rights such as access, correction, deletion, portability, restriction, objection, withdrawal of consent, and the right not to be discriminated against for exercising privacy rights.

You can exercise privacy rights by contacting noforcedads@gmail.com. We may request information needed to verify your identity, locate the relevant game data, and protect other users before completing certain requests.

For users in the EEA, you also have the right to lodge a complaint with your local supervisory authority. In Poland, the supervisory authority is the President of the Personal Data Protection Office (Prezes Urzędu Ochrony Danych Osobowych).

Ads and tracking choices

  • You can limit or reset advertising identifiers through iOS, iPadOS, or Android privacy settings.
  • On Apple platforms, you can manage app tracking permission through App Tracking Transparency settings.
  • On Android, you can delete or reset the advertising ID and manage ad personalization in Google settings.
  • Where a consent prompt is available in the game, you can use it to manage consent for personalized ads and related processing.
  • For U.S. state privacy opt-out requests related to targeted advertising, sale, or sharing, contact us at noforcedads@gmail.com and include the game name, platform, and your request.

8. Data retention

We keep information only for as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes described in this Privacy Policy, unless a longer retention period is required or permitted by law. Retention periods depend on the type of information and the reason it is processed:

  • Support emails and attachments are kept for as long as needed to handle the request and maintain reasonable support records.
  • Purchase, subscription, entitlement, refund, and tax/accounting records may be kept for as long as needed to provide purchases, restore entitlements, prevent fraud, resolve disputes, and meet legal obligations.
  • Analytics, diagnostics, crash, and ad-related records are kept according to the retention settings of the relevant service and our operational needs.
  • Cloud-save or account data, if offered, is kept while the account or feature is active and for a reasonable period afterward unless deletion is requested and no legal exception applies.

When information is no longer needed, we delete, anonymize, or aggregate it where reasonably possible.

9. Security

We use reasonable technical and organizational measures designed to protect information. However, no method of transmission, storage, app operation, or internet service can guarantee absolute security.

10. Children's privacy

Our games are intended for a general audience unless a specific app-store listing states otherwise. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children in violation of applicable law. If a game is directed to children or marked for a child audience, we configure advertising and analytics features as required by applicable children's privacy laws and platform policies.

Parents or guardians who believe that a child provided personal information unlawfully can contact us at noforcedads@gmail.com. We will review the request and take appropriate action, such as deleting the information where required.

11. Account deletion and purchase restoration

If a game offers account creation, sign-in, or cloud-save features, you may request deletion of account-related data by contacting noforcedads@gmail.com. Deletion may not remove records that must be kept for legal, security, fraud-prevention, dispute, or accounting reasons.

Deleting local app data, uninstalling a game, or deleting an account may affect saved progress. Purchase restoration may still depend on app-store records and RevenueCat entitlement records.

12. Third-party links and platforms

Our games and website may link to app stores, third-party websites, social platforms, advertising partners, or support resources. Those services are controlled by third parties and are governed by their own privacy policies and terms.

13. Privacy Policy updates

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will post the updated version on this page and update the version number and last-updated date above.

If we make material changes to how personal information is collected, used, or shared, we may also provide additional notice in-game, through the relevant app store listing, or by other prominent means. If a change requires consent under applicable law, we will request that consent where required before applying the relevant processing.
